Fifty Shades Of Grey Director Sam Taylor-Johnson Admit Fighting With Author E L James On The Set

Although Fifty Shades of Grey is one of the most anticipated movie of 2015, director Sam Taylor-Johnson says it wasn't making the movie.




Speaking to Porter magazine, Taylor-Johnson said making the movie under the supervision of the author, E L James, was "difficult" and sometimes "fought" on set.


Taylor-Johnson says they had some intense argument with E L James concerning some of the creative decisions in “Fifty Shades Of Grey” trilogy, but later founding a common ground to “resolve” them.


Taylor-Johnson admitted that the problems were from “satisfying her vision of what she’d written as well as my need to visualize this person on screen.”


Taylor-Johnson also said the Rated R movie starring Jamie Dornan as Christian Grey and Dakota Johnson as his lover Anastasia Steele, “going to be extreme… pretty sexually explicit”.


“Fifty Shades Of Grey” trilogy is set for release on February 13.
