Davido And Toofan leads The Nominations At The MTV MAMAs 2015 + Full Nominees List


Davido and Toofan are leading the nominations at this year MAMA.

Davido and Toofan received four nominations each. Including, Best Collaboration and Song of the Year. MTV Base Africa announce tonight the nominations for the MTV Africa Music Awards KwaZulu-Natal 2015 (MAMA) at Harem, Johannesburg, South Africa.

A total of 70 nominees across 13 different categories were revealed at the event, and saw performance by Seyi Shay, Black Motion, Bucie, Cassper Nyovest and Diamond Platnumz.

This year ceremony will be live at the Durban International Convention Centre (Durban ICC), KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa on Saturday 18 July 2015.

Nominees for additional categories, including the MTV Base Leadership Award and Best International Act,will be revealed at a later date.

Tickets for the 2015MAMAgo on sale at Computicket from Thursday 18 June 2015 priced R267 (standing). A percentage of proceeds from the sale of the tickets will be donated by MTV Baseto deserving causes in KwaZulu-Natal.




The MTV Africa Music Awards KwaZulu-Natal 2015 will broadcast live across Africa onMTV Base(DStv channel 322),MTV(DStv channel 130) andBET(DStv channel 129) on Saturday 18 July at 21:00 CAT... The show will also be transmitted worldwide on partner stations and content platforms including BET International from 18 July.
