Caitlyn Jenner can face up to one year in jail.

Caitlyn Jenner may face up to one year in jail following a car accident that led to the death of a motorist on Pacific Coast Highway in February.

According to TMZ,  the L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept wrapped up their investigation and  the report says Jenner violated the law by traveling at an unsafe speed... she was apparently traveling under the speed limit but going too fast for road conditions.

The reports says that traffic was either at a standstill or just starting to move when she slammed into the Lexus in front of her.

A source says Caitlyn " should have either been going 0 or just barely rolling."

The report says Caitlyn violated  Penal Code section 192(c)(2) -- the misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter law.

The case will be presented to the L.A. County District Attorney for review next Wednesday. And ff convicted, Caitlyn can face up to one year in county jail.
