Gareth Cliff Allegedly suing M-Net for R25m.

eNCA is reporting that Gareth Cliff is suing M-Net for R25m.

eNCA revealed this morning that Cliff reportedly taking the South African broadcaster to court for wrongful dismissal after he was fired as a judge on Idols South Africa.

M-Net axed Cliff from the judging panel following his comments over Penny Sparrow's racial statement on January 8, 2016.

Cliff’s lawyer tells eNCA that M-Net didn’t follow proper procedure during his dismissal... So he's now suing M-Net for R25-million and defamation of character and also wants to be reinstated as an Idols presenter for the new season schedule to start the next few weeks.

  1. So wait, he's suing them for 25 mil right? And he still wants his job back right? So if he wins and mnet has to pay out and reinstate him? Does he expect to also get paid his salary at the end of the season? Lol be reasonable
