New Death Note live-action movie "Light up the NEW world" the number one movie at the Japanese weekend box office.
The highly anticipated sequel to the 2006 live-action films released on 341 screens across Japan on October 29, beat record breaking anime "Kimi no Na wa" "Your Name" to take first place at weekend box office.



The new Death Note film directed by Shinsuke Sato (GANTZ,Library Wars) was released in Japan on October 29.
