Son Goku Voice Actress Masako Nozawa Wins Two Guinness World Records!


Goku voice actress Masako Nozawa was honored with two Guinness World Records awards on January 31, 2017

Nozawa, who voice Son Goku in Dragon Ball anime series and Bandai Namco Entertainment's Dragon Ball Z video games, was recognised has the current record-holder for the longest time voicing a single character in video games and also as for the longest time working as a voice actor in video games.








Nozawa was presented with the awards at a special ceremony in Tokyo... She has been voicing Son Goku in Dragon Ball Z video games for 23 years and 218 days.

Nozawa began voicing Goku with the 1993 Super Famicom game Dragon Ball Z: Super Butōden.
