Steven Spielberg And Warner Bros Working On Animaniacs Reboot.

Warner Bros is allegedly work on a Animaniacs animated series reboot. IndieWire is reporting.

Apparently Steven Spielberg’s Amblin Television and Warner Bros. Animation will be teaming for a brand new version of the hit 1990s cartoon. Spielberg himself is expected to be on board in crafting the updated version.




Warner Bros. Animation move came after the cartoon gain popularity since it's re-run on Netflix in 2016.






Animaniacs first aired on Fox Kids from 1993 to 1995 and new episodes later appeared on The WB from 1995 to 1998 as part of its Kids' WB afternoon programming block. The series had a total of 99 episodes and one film, titled Wakko's Wish. The animated comedy television series was created by Tom Ruegger.

Animaniacs centered around three cartoon stars from the 1930s, Yakko, Wakko, and Dot, who were locked away in the Warner Bros. water tower until their escaped in the 90s. The series won eight Daytime Emmy awards as well as a Peabody. The series
