300 Comic Book Gets A prequel Series By Author Frank Miller.

Frank Miller ( Sin City to The Dark Knight Returns) will has revealed the title and release date for his 300 comic book prequel issue.




According to Entertainment Weekly, Miller's book is titled Xerxes: The Fall of the House of Darius and the Rise of Alexander will be “a sweeping tale with gods and warriors”. The comic focuses on “the Persian emperor Xerxes, the so-called ‘King of Kings’ who raised a massive army to invade Greece in the fifth century B.C. to get revenge for his father’s death and become a god, and the ascent of Alexander the Great, who led the Greek conquest of Persia nearly 150 years after the Battle of Thermopylae.




Xerxes: The Fall of the House of Darius and the Rise of Alexander the great, will be published by Dark Horse and will be released in 2018.

300 is a comic book limited series written and illustrated by Frank Miller with painted colors by Lynn Varley. The issue was published by Dark Horse in 1998 . Miller created the book after watching 1962's film The 300 Spartans as a young boy. The comic book was adapted in 2006 to a film of the same name.
