Inuyashiki Anime Series Trailer Unveils Show's Ending Theme Song.

Fuji TV revealed on Thursday the 2nd trailer for the upcoming anime television series adaptation of Hiroya Oku's Inuyashiki manga featuring the shows ending theme song "Ai wo Oshietekureta Kimi e" (To You Who Taught Me Love) by the band Qaijff.

Inuyashiki anime series will premiere on October 12 on Fuji TV's Noitamina block. The anime will stream exclusively overseas through Fuji TV's agreement with Amazon for its Noitamina shows. Shuhei Yabuta (Highschool of the Dead, Attack on Titan) is directing the anime show produced by MAPPA. Hiroshi Seko (Ajin, Seraph of the End: Vampire Reign, Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress) taking over the anime's composition, and Naoyuki Onda (Rage of Bahamut Genesis, The Legend of the Galactic Heroes, Gantz) is designing the characters. Inuyashiki follow the story of Ichiro is an elderly, friendless man with an uncaring family. One fateful day he is struck by a mysterious explosion in a public park, which is of extraterrestrial origin, his body is replaced by an incredibly powerful, but still outwardly human, mechanical body. He quickly realizes the extent of his body's powers, and after saving a homeless man being beaten by a pack of teenagers, he decides to dedicate himself to doing good, using his powers to heal those with incurable diseases and fight crime.

Hiroya Oku's Inuyashiki debuted in the January 2014 issue of Kodansha's seinen manga magazine, Evening.
