Batman And The Signal Series Push Back To 2018.


It is being reported that Duke Thomas' first solo comic issue titled Batman: The Signal release date is being pushed back to January 2018, instead of November 2017, due to because of hurricane-related issues.

Batman And The Signal is by Scott Snyder, Tony Patrick and Cully Hamner. The six issue series will see Duke Thomas differentiate himself from Batman as being "Gotham's hero by day."

Could these teenage villains be connected to the recent metahuman population boom in the Narrows? To find out, the Signal must learn to work with a different kind of ally… the GCPD!

Created by Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo, Duke Thomas made his first DC Comics appearance in Batman Vol 2 #21 (August, 2013). Duke is a vigilante and a member of the Batman Family. He joined the We Are Robin movement and became one of hundreds of civilian teenagers to don the Robin R and fight for their city. He eventually left the movement and join the Batman Family officially as the vigilante called The Signal.
