Peacemaker Kurogane Two Parts Anime Film Slated For 2018.

Nanae Chrono's Peacemaker Kurogane anime film adaptation official website announced on Wednesday that the film will have two parts with the first film, Peacemaker Kurogane - Omou-michi (Path of Thoughts) will be released in June 2, 2018, and the 2nd film, Peacemaker Kurogane - Yūmei (Fate of Friends), is slated for next fall.

The anime film adaptation will be directed by Hiroshi Takeuchi at WHITE FOX. Eiji Umehara is writing the scripts, and Sayaka Koiso is designing the characters. A 24 episodes anime television series by STUDIO Gonzo ran from October 7, 2003 – March 24, 2004. A live-action TV series adaptation of the manga Shinsengumi Peace Maker (PEACE MAKER Shinsengumi Pīsu Meikā), premiered on January 15, 2010, and concluded on March 19, 2010.







Peacemaker Kurogane story begins in 19th century Japan before the Meiji Restoration, a chain of events that led to enormous changes in Japan's political and social structure while the seeds of the revolution are being planted. The story follows the boy protagonist, Tetsunosuke Ichimura, who joins the Shinsengumi (initially as Toshizō Hijikata's page) while seeking strength to avenge his parents' death at the hands of a Chōshū rebel.
