Nintendo PlayStation Video Game Is Not A Myth!

Back in 1988, both Nintendo and PlayStation formed a partnership that resulted in the Nintendo PlayStation, a special prototype that combined the creations of both camps into one console.

The partnership between Sony and legendary gaming giant to add a new CD-ROM technology to the upcoming SNES console was very quickly dissolved because both parties couldn't find an agreement money wise.

For a while the console was considered a myth, until one was discovered by Engadget.

Engadget recently tried out the prototype from father and son owners Terry and Dan Diebol, and it's functional! (See footage below)

Terry Diebold said he ended up with the prototype after winning it at a bankruptcy auction where former Sony Interactive Entertainment CEO Olaf Olafsson was previously employed.

The "Nintendo PlayStation" has 200 prototypes ever produced.
