EW Shares New Justice League Image Featuring Batman, Wonder Woman And The Flash

Entertainment Weekly revealed on Thursday a new image from the Justice League live-action film adaptation featuring Ezra Miller's The Flash side-by-side with Ben Affleck’s Batman and Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman.

Miller tells the publication that he related to Barry Allen the moment he walked on the Justice League set to play the Flash.

“He’s this really endearing, altruistic nerd,” Miller says. “He’s the 13-year-old Metallica fan, and Metallica says, ‘We lost our drummer in a freak accident. We need you to play drums, bro!’ I don’t even have drumsticks!” Though the film’s plot is a guarded secret, the Flash will join DC’s most powerful heroes to fight a cosmic threat, hopefully with Wonder Woman on lead guitar and Batman on bass.

Justice League arrives in theater November 17, 2017. The film will stars Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Willem Dafoe as Vulko, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Connie Nielsen as Queen Hippolyta and J. K. Simmons as Commissioner Gordon.

The film is directed by Zack Snyder, with a screenplay by Chris Terrio, from a story by Snyder and Terrio. Joss Whedon was brought on to work on additional scenes and the post-production process, after Snyder left the project in May 2017, following the death of his daughter.
