Shazam Shares Hilarious Movie Scripts Featuring Superman.

After it was reported that Clark Kent's Superman will allegedly be Shazam ( Bill Batson ) mentor in the upcoming DC Extended Universe live-action film adaptation of the comic book, director David F. Sandberg took to Twitter on Sunday teasing fans with a look at Henry Gayden's script from a scene of the movie, and it's hilarious!

Sandberg recently described the upcoming movie as “fun” and “lighthearted”.

“The big attraction for me with that character is the fact that every kid dreams of being Superman, right? I mean I certainly did, and (Billy Batson) is a kid that gets that chance. He gets to become the superhero. So it’ll be big with superpowers in a way. In terms of what people can expect, I think this will be one of the more fun or lighthearted movies so far in the DC universe. It certainly will be a departure.”

Shazam is scheduled to begin filming early next year and is slated to arrive in theaters sometime in 2019. There's still no word on who will portray the fictional character in the big screen.

Shazam, also known as Captain Marvel, was was created by artist C. C. Beck and writer Bill Parker in 1939. Shazam made his first appeared in Whiz Comics #2 (Feb. 1940), published by Fawcett Comics. He is the alter ego of Billy Batson, who can transform to into a superhero by speaking the magic word "SHAZAM" (acronym of six "immortal elders": Solomon, Hercules, Atlas, Zeus, Achilles, and Mercury).
